7. Blubberhouses Moor (all eight long UCRs are closed) from Ilkley 094496 east to Blubberhouses 168552. Experimental Period of closure expires 2010.
8. Pockstones Moor from 083634 south to 130595 includes link to Skyreholme (should have been lifted 2002 but seems permanent)
OTHER PROBLEM LANES TO NOTE in YORKS DALES.
1. GORBECK LANE 830653 west 875653. Byway claim lost at Public Inquiry Sept 05, but now subject to Aa Defra appeal .Public Inquiry starting 2nd August 2006 Victoria Hall,Settle ,10am start,will hear user witnesses pre l988. I shall be there. Anyone who used this lane before l988 please get in touch.
2. HIGHWAY 840923 north west to Hell Gill Bridge 787968 (Cumbria border) a voluntary restraint period of use is requested for 6 months.(Northern TRF) avoid further damage and risk of a TRO by the national park.
3. GREEN LANE AND JAGGERS LANE over Aske Moor, Near Richmond ,135046 to 139023 Does not have a TRF Byway claim. Part of Jaggers Lane is now damaged by over use. The TRF make it clear that this public bridleway should not be used. No TRF help will be provided. Several riders have received an official police warning under Police Reform Act 2005,. Section 59, which means they are now on the Police Computer. A second offence will almost certainly result in confiscation of your motor cycle and prosecution. You have been warned. The damaged section has been reported to N.Yorkshire County Council who are investigating.
